Terms of service
Effective September 30, 2026
These are the terms for working with Super Squared: the website, the free consultation, setup day, the monthly service, and your dashboard. They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, email us before you sign up.
1. Who we are, and agreeing to these terms
Super Squared ("we", "us") is run by Greg Fielding. You agree to these terms by using supersquared.ai, booking a consultation, or signing up for the service. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to commit that business, and "you" means the business.
Our Privacy page explains what we hold about you and your business. It is part of these terms.
2. What the service is
The plan runs on priorities. A priority is an area of your business we work on, with the numbers we track for it. You pay for a number of priorities worked on at once, and every plan includes:
- Your Growth Plan, written with you on setup day and kept current.
- Your numbers measured every week against where you started, shown on your dashboard.
- The improvement loop: your assistant sends us ideas and friction, ours turns them into rules and playbooks that come back to you.
- A written review every month.
- One call a month.
What the service is not:
- We do not build custom software, integrations, or dashboards beyond what is described here and quoted in your setup.
- We do not manage your Claude subscription or administer your Anthropic account.
- We do not give legal, tax, accounting, medical, or investment advice.
- Work beyond the plan is offered as an added priority or an additional call, never as open-ended extra work.
3. Your Claude subscription and your other tools
The service runs on Claude, made by Anthropic. You buy and pay for your own Claude subscription directly from Anthropic, and Anthropic's terms govern your use of it. You keep it if you ever leave us.
The same goes for QuickBooks, Jobber, Square, Google, and every other system we connect. Those are your accounts, under your agreements with those vendors. You are responsible for having the right to connect them and to share the numbers they produce with us.
4. Prices
- Monthly plan: $1,000 a month for two priorities. Each additional priority is $500 a month.
- Setup: from $1,500 for two priorities and two connected systems. More systems, several locations, or custom reporting are quoted higher, usually $2,500 or more. We quote setup on the free consultation, in writing, before you commit to anything.
- Adding a priority later: $500 a month plus a one-time $500 to connect the data and set the baseline.
- Additional calls: $250 each.
- Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax where it applies. We can change prices with 30 days' written notice. A price change never applies inside a minimum term you have already started.
5. Billing
- Billing runs through Stripe. You pay setup and your first month together when you sign. After that we bill monthly, in advance, on the same day each month, to the card or bank account you keep on file.
- Update your payment method, download invoices, and cancel from your account page (the Stripe customer portal). Changing the number of priorities goes through us, so the plan and the billing stay in step.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over about two weeks and emails you a link to update your payment method. If it is still unpaid after that, the subscription pauses, your dashboard becomes read-only, and the weekly loop stops until the balance is paid.
- Fees already paid are not refunded, except where these terms say otherwise.
6. Minimum term
- Each priority runs at least 3 months from the day it starts. So does the plan itself, which carries your first two priorities.
- The quarter is the working rhythm, not a penalty. It takes about three months to move a number and know it moved.
- If you want to swap a priority before its quarter is up, its slot stays through the quarter and we agree on what replaces it at your next monthly call, at no charge. Swapping is free. The count of priorities is what you pay for.
- You can drop an added priority once its 3 months are up. The two included priorities stay as long as the plan does.
7. Cancelling
- After the minimum, cancel any time from your account page. Service and billing continue to the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing further is charged.
- If you cancel inside a minimum term, the remaining months of that minimum are still due, for the plan and for any added priority still inside its own 3 months. We send one invoice for the balance.
- Setup fees are non-refundable once setup day has taken place. If you cancel before setup day, we refund the setup fee and the first month in full.
- We can end the service with 30 days' written notice. If we do that inside your minimum term, nothing further is owed for that term. We can end it immediately if payment is more than 30 days overdue or if you break these terms.
- When the service ends, you get an export of your plan, numbers, and log. We remove your access, revoke any platform grants, and delete stored tokens, as described on the Privacy page. You keep your Claude subscription and everything it learned.
8. Setup day
- Setup is a scheduled working session, usually half a day and usually remote. Before it you need an active Claude subscription, admin access to the systems we agreed to connect, and the owner or a decision-maker present for the Growth Plan.
- On setup day we install Claude, connect the agreed systems, measure your last 90 days, and write your Growth Plan with you.
- Reschedule with at least two business days' notice at no charge. If setup cannot be completed because access or a decision-maker was not available, we finish it in a second session. Further sessions are quoted as additional setup.
9. Your data and what your assistant sends us
- You own your business data, your Growth Plan, your numbers, and your log. You can ask for an export at any time and you receive one when you leave.
- Your assistant sends us the work, not your chats: aggregate numbers, one-line summaries of what it did, and notes. It must never send us your customers' or patients' names, contact details, purchases, or treatments. The one exception is business customer names in the top-customers table, for non-medical businesses only.
- Medical and wellness practices: no patient data, ever. The service is not designed to handle protected health information. We are not a HIPAA business associate and we do not sign business associate agreements. Your assistant reports counts and dollars only.
- You are responsible for your own systems, staff, and the customers your business serves. Anything your assistant does inside your business, such as sending a text, replying to a review, or drafting an invoice, is your business's action.
10. Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your dashboard login private. You are responsible for anyone you give access to, such as front-desk staff. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been compromised.
- Do not use the service to break the law or send spam, do not probe, overload, or copy the hub, and do not resell the service.
11. What we own, and cross-client learning
- We own the hub, the dashboard, and the playbooks, rules, skills, and methods we use to deliver the service, including improvements made while working with you.
- Patterns cross clients; your data never does. We use what we learn across the businesses we serve to improve playbooks and rules for everyone. Your numbers, names, and specifics are never shared with another client.
- You may keep using the playbooks, rules, and instructions installed in your Claude for your own business for as long as you like, including after you leave. You may not sell them or pass them to another business.
12. No guarantees
- We do not guarantee business results. Tracking a number is not a promise that it will improve.
- Numbers on your dashboard come from your own systems, through your assistant or a direct connection, and are shown as we receive them. Check anything you rely on for tax, legal, or financial decisions against the source.
- Claude is an AI system and it can be wrong. Review what it produces before it goes to a customer, a lender, or a regulator. Decisions about your business are yours.
- The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limits on liability
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
- Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if told they were possible.
- Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything the law says cannot be limited.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a change that affects you, and the effective date at the top will change. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not, you can cancel before the change takes effect without owing the rest of a minimum term.
15. Disputes
Talk to us first. Most problems are sorted in one email or call. If we cannot resolve something within 30 days of you raising it, either of us may take it to court. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
