$1,000 a month for two priorities, plus setup from $1,500. Three-month minimum, then month to month.

Every plan includes

  • Your Growth Plan, written with you and kept current
  • Your numbers measured every week, against where you started
  • Constant improvement: your AI tells ours what worked and what got in the way, and ours uses your data to build training that comes back to you
  • A written review every month
  • One call a month. Additional calls are $250 each.

Setup

  • Setup starting at $1,500, one time. On setup day we install Claude and train it on your business, connect two of your systems (QuickBooks and Jobber, for example), measure where you're starting, and write your Growth Plan with you.
  • More systems, several locations, or custom dashboards usually run $2,500 or more. We quote it on your free consultation, before you commit to anything.
  • You pay setup and your first month together when you sign. After that, billing is monthly, in advance.

How priorities work

  • Each priority runs at least three months. Swapping one for another at your next monthly call is free.
  • Add a priority any time for $500/mo, plus $500 to connect the data and set the baseline.
  • You pay for your own Claude subscription directly to Anthropic, and you keep it if you ever leave.
